Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare and cosmetic products, all sales of our handcrafted tallow cream are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any product—whether new, used, or unused.

We encourage you to read product descriptions carefully and reach out with any questions before purchasing. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue so we can address it appropriately.
